Oolong is beneficial for neurological health, as it aids memory & improves focus. Its antioxidants help fight infection and detoxify the body. Lavender is a tonic for the central nervous system that helps reduce stress, combats depression and exhaustion, and heightens awareness.
1 oolong teabag, 1/4 teaspoon lavender leaves & flowers, fresh or dried in a small muslin bag or tea ball.
Boil 1 cup water, let stand for 2 minutes so botanicals don’t get scorched. Add mixture; let stand for 3 minutes. Remove botanicals. Now go to your sanctuary, sip the tea, and relax.
